Padfoot
A big black cat known as Padfoot as been seen and reported by many walkers and passers by. This black cat or dog.. is normaly seen next to the crags, were roman swords were once found.
Orbs and Mists
Orbs and mists have been caught here by many ghost hunters.
The Ice Age Cave
A small Ice age cave known as the "dead mans cave" hidden in the woods, people have reported sightings of a man in the cave, when they went to look.. there was no one there.
There is meant to be a spirit of a drunk / tramp there.

i havent atually seen the padfoot but my brother and a couple of mates whet camping there and they wondered up a y shape path and they suddnly stoped and ran back when they sore a big black dogged shaped figur and i want to check it out myself so we are deterinind to do a paranormal investergation there
Me and a gang of friends went camping in Anston Stones in the summer of 09, we camped just before the path splits of into a Y shape on the patch of grass. Me and two of my mate wondered of down the right hand path of the Y and as we got the the entrance to the main part of the woods we saw a big figure of a dog, black as the colour itself, once we saw that we soon ran back! I've never seen it since.
