Cryptozoology - Is it a bird? Is it a plane?...

I was doing a bit of searching on Youtube when i came accross a video link to a guy that rekons he has caught a Pterasaur of sorts on camera in Papau New Guinea:

The of-course some people start believing that it is a pteradactyl and before you know it, it becomes an embroiled fact on the internet.

After searching a few other youtube pages and someone with the brains to, in my opinion identify it as a Frigate bird. What do you think?
