No one knows if they are truely 100% haunted by a spirit, or if their property is. A few ways of being able to tell if somewhere is haunted is experiancing cold spots, hearing sounds that are not 100% explainable such as taps, knocks or bangs, and even the sence of knowing or feeling like you are not alone. Some people report seeing a shaddow move very fast in the corner of their eye. Again it is impossible to completely stop a place from being haunted as you can have spirits who are in visitation who wish to just pop by and see how things are. Please be more epcific by "is it bad to sleep alone at night" as I am unsure in what sence you mean? Exorcism has been trulely claimed by many people and witnessed by others, this is something which you have to make up your own mind. Personaly I have not experianced or witnessed it myself. If you are alone and worried then your own mind can play tricks on you into making you believe things which are not true, there is a fine line between your imagination running wild and actually experiancing paranormal activity. There is nothing wrong in being alone and wanting to see a spirit, this is when people claim to see them more. If you have the confidence then you can always do your own vigil? Remember, the dead cant hurt you, they are just as curious about us as we are them.

A spirit can make itself known in many ways not just by sight. I often feel like I am not alone but I am not worried by it, its better known as "feeling a presence".

Is it possible to not see a ghost, but feel as though you are never alone in the house? I feel watched by something. just curious.

My question is how do you know if youre haunted?How do you stop beeing haunted? is it bad to sleep alone at night? is exorcism true? why does it happen? how to prevent it and does it have any thing to do with beeing constanly alone? if you mentally tell youreself to get possesed or haunted can it happen? based on the emily rose movie that kinda shocked me is 3 am the time when demons come out?

Thanks for you're question! here are just a few tips to help you achive you're goal! First of all relax, most people have some kind of experiance like this at some point in there life. I have found nearly all children can see or feel spirits, so you're childhood experiance is not uncommon. However if you really want to see spirits now as a adult the first thing I would advise you to do is reaserch the subject and make sure you realy want to!

If that is what you really want then there are a number of methods you can try:

Meditation is good it helps you relax and open you're mind. This needs to be practiced, so don't expect to turn into dorris stokes on you're first try!

Depening on you're personal beliefes you could try joining a development circle at you're local spiritual church.

You could try pagan spells or potions that are supposed to increase you're chances of seeing/communicating with spirit. Again this is a personal thing depending on you're own beleif. There are too many spells and potions to mention. So i advise you to research this and find one that suits you.

There are also project-reveal articals regarding this so I would advise you to read them too.

hi. i would really like to know how i can ask a question, because i would really like to get into seeing spirits, and i think i have but im not sure because it was when i was little, but not long ago i could hear whispering when nobody was with me.

place a basement or attic becuase its close and can attack me a ghost, beeing alone in general,,, night scares me

i am only twelve so at sleepovers and stuff we tend to mess about with old legends and things that really scare me are-ougi boards ive never done one but ive spoken to someone who has and they said it was terrifying- another thing is those things when you say candyman and stuff in mirrors
