With looking at the streaming ghost energy’s out there, i am lead to think that streaming energy is an Orb, which is somehow stretched, by a slight jerk of the camera you can create a long streak line, A way to try out this is with a camera in daytime, with no flash. when it is about to take the photo simply move slightly, and you will see certain objects become stretched.
