Why would a paranormal Investigator use a Strobe light?

I know what your thinking... Why on Earth would a paranormal group use a strobe light... it sounds totally outrageous i know, but it is a real tool on what a paranormal investigator can use.

A paranormal investigator would use a strobe light to slow down movement in experiments / or in a locked off area Via camera or CCTV.

Rules of using the strobe light.

1. only use for experiments

2. lock off the strobe light in hot spots

3. never be in the room with the strobe light for more then 10 secs.

4. leave the room what the strobe light is in action.

5. treat the strobe light.. like a locked off camera. and leave it alone.

6. only enter room to disable the strobe, but take caution wile doing so.
